RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPOINTMENT OF
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS CHAIRMAN
RESOLUTION NO.: 17, 2010
INTRODUCED AND SECONDED BY THE ENTIRE TOWN BOARD
WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board has received the Queensbury Zoning Board of
Appeal’s recommendation for its year 2010 officers, and
WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to appoint the Chairman of the Town’s
Zoning Board of Appeals for 2010,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints James Underwood as
Chairman of the Town’s Zoning Board of Appeals for 2010.
