RESOLUTION DESIGNATING OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER
RESOLUTION NO.: 6, 2010
INTRODUCED BY AND SECONDED BY THE ENTIRE TOWN BOARD
WHEREAS, New York State Town Law §64, Subdivision 11 requires the Town Board to
designate an official newspaper for the Town,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby designates The Post-Star as the Town
of Queensbury’s official newspaper.
