RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN TOWN OF
QUEENSBURY AND BIG BROTHERS/BIG SISTERS
RESOLUTION NO. 23, 2010

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury wishes to enter into an agreement with Big
Brothers/Big Sisters for the year 2010, and
WHEREAS, a proposed Agreement has been presented at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves of the Agreement between
the Town and Big Brothers/Big Sisters for the year 2010 with funding for the Agreement not
exceeding the sum of $1,000 and authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to execute the
Agreement, with funding to be paid for from the appropriate Town account.
