RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING CANDACE MORABITO TO
BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Tim Brewer
WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury has previously established the Town of Queensbury
Board of Assessment Review in accordance with the New York State Real Property Tax Law, and
WHEREAS, the term of Board of Assessment Review Member Candace Morabito recently
expired and Ms. Morabito has expressed interest in being re-appointed to the Board for a new five (5)
year term,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby re-appoints Candace Morabito to
serve as a member of the Queensbury Board of Assessment Review with her term to expire September

30, 2014 in accordance with New York State Real Property Tax Law §523.
