Austin made a motion, seconded by L!ttle and carried to approve
as being in general harmony with the area and necessary for the

a motion, seconded by Kirkpatrick and carried to approve subje~t to
.iLnformation from the hearing by the Zoning Board of Appealso
McCormick appeared for #2-69 Dark Bay Subdivision. He has preliminaJ
approval from the State Health Department to use 18,000 square feet
instead of 20,000 for lots obtaining water from Lake George. They
do not plan to deed the road over to the Town at this time. They
have a 25' right-of-way and the neighbor, Mitchell, will give anotheJ
25& and turn around space if this should be deeded to the Town later.
Will use individual sewage disposal systems. Tabled.

9. Dr. Hughes appeareq with Lloyd Kingsley proposing to build' a 2 doctor
office building with 4 apartments over on Bay Road. Tabled.
10. Turano appeared on #3-69 Meadowbrook Village. Cushing stated that
there did not seem to be any secondary access from the duplex apart-
ments. Ted Turner, 139 Meadowbrook Road asked about sewage disposal
and the present poor drainage. Turano explained that a disposal plant
will be used and that they are placing at least 2 feet of sand fill
which should help the area drainage., Eugene Goldman of 16 Meadow Lane
felt that the deed restrictions prevented apartment development. He
understood that the restrictions with his deed covered the proposed
site. Little pointed out that the enforcement of covenants is a civil
matter. The site is zoned for multi-family use and the board must
decide on the basis of the Zoning Law but an individual may still
maintain a civil action if he wishes.

and carri~d to grant preliminary app~oval with final approval subject
to approval of State Health Department ðnd Town Water Superintendent.
14. Austin made a motion, seconded by Kirkpatrick and carried to approve
the resolution submitted by the Town Board to adopt the State Building
Code. Kushner stated that we have been on record for the last three
years favoring the adoption of this.
