Dennis,
I reviewed aerial photos previously for this lot as part of jurisdictional inquiry J2019-0809 and
determined there are no wetlands on this lot. Adjoining lot 239.12-2-37 was visited by Mark Rooks in
2001 and he determined that there were no wetlands on that lot either. So, the proposed septic is not
within 100 feet of any wetlands subject to Agency jurisdiction. Please let me know if you require
further documentation.
