RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING 2021 AGREEMENT BETWEEN TOWN OF
QUEENSBURY AND QUEENSBURY LAND CONSERVANCY, INC.

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury wishes to enter into an Agreement with the Queensbury
Land Conservancy for the year 2021 for the purpose of helping to preserve open space in the Town of
Queensbury, and
WHEREAS, a proposed Agreement has been presented at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves of the Agreement between
the Town and the Queensbury Land Conservancy for the year 2021 substantially in the form presented
at this meeting with funding for the Agreement not exceeding the sum of $20,000 and authorizes and
directs the Town Supervisor to execute the Agreement with funding to be paid for from the
appropriate Town account.
