RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BADGER METER INC. TO CONTINUE
PROVIDING RADIO READ METERS AND ACCESSORIES TO
TOWN WATER DEPARTMENT DURING 2021

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board previously authorized Badger Meter, Inc. to
provide radio read meters and accessories to the Town Water Department and the Water
Superintendent has requested Town Board authorization to allow Badger Meter, Inc. to continue
doing so during 2021 for a total sum not to exceed $120,000,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes Badger Meter, Inc. to
continue providing the Town Water Department with radio read meters and accessories during 2021
for a total sum not to exceed $120,000, to be paid for from Account No.: 40-8340-2300, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor, Water
Superintendent, Town Budget Officer and/or Accountant to execute any documentation and take such
other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
