RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING DAVID DEEB TO
QUEENSBURY PLANNING BOARD

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. George Ferone
WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town’s Planning Board in
accordance with applicable New York State law, and

WHEREAS, David Deeb’s term on the Planning Board expired on December 31, 2020 and
Mr. Deeb has expressed his interest in reappointment, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to reappoint Mr. Deeb,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby reappoints David Deeb to serve as a
member of the Queensbury Planning Board until such term expires on December 31, 2027.
