Conway, Jr., Trustee and Jill A. Conway, Trustee (Applicant) has applied to the Local Board of Health for variances from Chapter 136 to install a: 1. Pump Station 26'6"from Lake George in lieu of the required 50' setback; 2. Pump Station 5' from the dwelling in lieu of the required 10' setback; and 3.
