QUEENSBURY ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town’s Zoning Board of
Appeals in accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, Michael McCabe’s term on the Zoning Board of Appeals expired on December

31, 2020 and Mr. McCabe has expressed his interest in reappointment, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to reappoint Mr. McCabe,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby reappoints Michael McCabe to serve
as a member of the Queensbury Zoning Board of Appeals until such term expires on December 31,
2027.
