Dear Craig:
Attached please find four sets of approval drawings fro the referenced project. In
accordance with the conditions of Planning Board approval received on May 20, 2008,
the following alterations have been made to these plans:
1) A 50% septic system reserve area ahs been shown.
2) A second percolation test has been included.
3) A note regarding decommissioning of the existing septic systems has been
added.
4) A 5'X30' native species buffer area has been added to the north of the 12"
birch tree.
