Variance # 179 ø Miner - lay Road - Mobile Home Court( between'Fa~To-Market
'and Dream Lake Roads. Aatorney Bacas and Miner appeared for this. They feel
place is needed for a court in the town. This site slopes away and is wooded
so would not see most of the house. This lot not conducive to residential;
no objection from neighbors within 1.000'; feel better to locate here rather
than on individual lots around town and this 101ld conform to Mobile Home
ordinance. Motion by Norton, seconded by Sinnott and carried to recomtneÂt.'
DISAPPROVAL as this is a use variance which is not permitted and this would
be a detr~t to the future development of the area.

permit filling station. They wish to legitimize use in existance since 1952
and beforee M:>tion by Sinnott. seconded by Monahan and carried to recoUIDend
ÐISAPPROVAL as this area is predominantly residential botb in the Town and
the City of Glens Falls and a neighborhood shopping area is not needed 1n this
ares 0

water and highwa}' approvals.. Motion by Monahan, seconded by Sinnott, and
carri.ed to give final APPROVAL, subject to Health Department approval on final
plot drainage in a lettero
