20 State Bank of Albany proposal.
30 Sinnott made a motion that approval of site as to the building, of their
new bank be granted.
(a) discussion by Kirkpatrick as to the problem of the road. We agreed
the road is a question but Foley and others convinced us not to
worry over the situation.
(b) MOnahan seconded the motion.
(c) All agreed. passed and approvedo
30 Mrs. William Malcolm and Mr. Stanley Judkins o,f tbe Enviommental Consulting
Group, Inco took over the balance of the evening in presenting their plan to .
the members for cODsider8tionn Excellently presented. Notes: (1) Do we
want a complete or par\t;? (2) Partial of the comprehensive plan seems to be
what we wantedo (3) Revise many of our previous plan as much has changed
since its origin. (4) Their ideas that were outstanding:
(a) Enviornmental control.
(b) Inform citizens of our work and iutentions
(c) Open :Land area - suggest Town buy at least easements on 811 stre-a'IDS f)
Cd) Site plan reviewed.
(e) Planning Boa~d may be essentialo
(f) Maps up-dated.
<g) Questionaire mailed throughout the Town for comments and suggestions
besides other information.
