Submitted for your review are the following: a Plan Sheet 8 Stormwater Plan ® Plan Sheet 9 Stormwater Details These plans provide new information on the type of stormwater devices, location of those devices and details of those devices. Included are permeable block pavers. open-celled concrete pavers, strip drains to dry wells and a catch basin to dry well. It should be noted that these supplemental stormwater devices go beyond the current regulatory requirements for stormwater management. Stormwater management as required by the local ordinance was detailed on the originally submitted plans. It has always been the Owner's intent to provide stormwater management to further address the existing conditions of the site but it was not necessary to detail the practices on the site plans. At the Board's request we have now provided this additional information as part of the application. Should this new information be subject to further review by the TDE (Chazen), the fact that these management practices are beyond the requirements should be noted. We have eliminated areas of asphalt pavement and transitioned other areas to permeable pavers. Overall permeability on the site has increased by approximately 1000 sf. The actual site area permeability (not counting Knox Road) is now 65%+1-. Thank you for your consideration of this new information and we look forward to meeting with your Board again in February.
