Verify CO detection
Verify paths of egress
Verify storage
Range hood suppression requires occupant notification and connection to
fire alarm system .
Need complete kitchen layout –
- Hood specifications
- Suppression specifications
- Mounting clearance details for hood
- Include fan override IMC 507.1.1
- Grease light test required IMC 506.3.2.5
- Hinge kit on fan for future cleaning
- Suppression function witness test required
- NFPA 72 letter required for tie in to fire alarm
- NFPA 96 inspection report required
Provide specs. for duct wrap material
