Site work is proposed for much of the site to include driveway area, septic system, new home with a deck, with site plantings and shoreline plantings. The project is subject to site plan for new floor area in a cea. The project is subject to variances for setback to the south property line where 13.8 ft is proposed and 20 ft is required. Relief requested to have a second garage where the new home is to have an attached garage and the existing garage is to remain. The site permeability is improved from 56.3 % to 69.5% still less than 75% that is required but does not trigger a variance as it is more compliant.
