The project is subject to a sign variance due to the setback requirements; proposed is 0.62 ft where a 15 ft setback is required. The Main Street zoning district also requires new signs in the district require site plan review. The code section requires information on materials, lighting. The sign does not have any lighting where the code allows for lighting that is downcast. The sign materials are acrylic and color is green and white and black with a stone base.
