During the course of construction I was on the job site to observe key components of the system
installation. With additional land available for an.absorption field,the Owner has converted existing
holding tanks into a septic tank and pump tank system pumping'effluent to a new absorption field of
Eljen GSF modules. This installation was completed as per the plan with the exception of the use of
a demand dose control paneUfloat system instead of the time dose panel originally specified. This
substitution is an equivalent system. The tanks (with risers and covers to grade)and the field are as
per plan so no further as-built plan is provided.
Based on my inspection of the system it is my opinion that the wastewater system is in compliance
with the intent of the approved design plan and is ready for operation.
