ClearVU inspections attempted a blower door test on the garage both partitioned off from the
original part of the structure,"and,of the structure as a whole.We were unsuccessful in obtaining an
accurate result.
Through review of the supplied COMcheck and IECC-C402.5,the building complies with all
sections of the IEEC,Sections C402.5.1 through C402.5.8,and may therefore forego the blower
door test.Refer to pages 9, 11, 15& 16 in the COMcheck.

IECC-C402.5-The thermal envelope of buildings shall comply with Sections C402.5.1 through
C402.5.8,or the building thermal envelope shall be tested in accordance with ASTM E 779...
