WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve two (2) audits of bills

presented as Warrants with run dates of May 26, 2010 and June 3, 2010 and respective payment

dates of May 26, 2010 and June 8, 2010,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Warrants with the run

dates of May 26, 2010 and June 3, 2010 and respective payment dates of May 26, 2010 and
th
June 8, 2010 totaling $105,656.65 and $661,471.73, respectively, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
