The proposed addition will not detract from anyone's view of Glen Lake
nor will it detract from the shoreline.
Gutters will be provided so that stormwater runoff is not discharged
directly toward the lake. This combined with the revegetation of the slope
should minimize any impact on the lake.
This is an unlisted action under SEQRA. Because it is located within a
Critical Environmental Area, it should be treated as a Type I action. The
Board should review the Long E.A.F. provided.
