RESOLUTION APPOINTING JENNIFER SWITZER TO
TOWN OF QUEENSBURY CEMETERY COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 298, 2010

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Anthony Metivier
WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town of Queensbury
Cemetery Commission in accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, the term of Commissioner Laura VamValis recently expired and therefore there is
a vacancy on the Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to appoint Jennifer Switzer as a Commissioner, to serve
a new, three (3) year term,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Jennifer Switzer to serve as a

member of the Town of Queensbury Cemetery Commission with her term to expire June 30, 2013.
