Minutes of November 6, 1974 meeting approved.
Old Business - Subdivision - Lake Sunnyside Knolls .. south side of
'Süñ1ÍÄside Road. Restrictive Deed Covenants presented. Street names
and ighway Approval 91 ven. County permits presented. Need Health
Department stamp. Motion by Norton seconded by ~~nahan to give final
approval subject to receipt of Health Department approval.. Motion
carried.

John E. and Merwin Strª-nahanwe$tswde 0 Bay Road." to enlarge a
non-conforming use. Motion ~y Mel¡on seconded by Roberts to
recommend approval. Motion carried. The Adirondack Park Agency has
ordered that trees be planted for properscr,ening.
Variance #384" Charity Ann Jeckel, Sunset Trail (Grant Acres) -
to place an anìroal kennel In an R-3 Zone. Motion by Roberts
se·conded by Richardson to recommend approval. Motion carried.
