Variance #3851 Candia Knitters, Inc.. Upper Glen Street - to place an oversize s gn on an existing pole in a C-2 Zone on the property situated at Upper Glen Street. No appearances from applicant or agent. Motion by Roberts to recommend approval seconded by Mellon. Carried. Board recommended approval with suggestions that sign be stopped from revolving and a side or rear entrance to encourage use of parking lot. Variance #386, Pressure Systems, Inc., 85 Boulevard - to enlarge a non-conformrng use 1n an H-4 Lone. Mot1on by Koberts to recommend approval, either Plan A or B. Seconded by Monahan and carried. Board did feel that Plan A was preferable. Variance #387, Duke Concrete Products, Inc., west side of Bay Road - to erect a storage building les,s than the required $ide and rear setbacks. Motion by Roberts seconded by Richardson to disapprove. Motion carried. The Board felt there was not adequa,te information for the hardship and it appears there is adequate property to provide the proper setbacks. B,. Drowerappearedâridprotested.
