Plans lor subdIvlsion ind!càte wells - need clarification of water
district boundary. Tabled for another meeting.

5. Variance #395 - Larry Rossman, \Vest side of Bav Road - to place a
sign less than the required setbacks 1n an ß-2 Zone. Mr. Rossman
appeared '0 discuss this variance with the Board. Motion by Mellon
seconded by Roberts to recommend approval. Unanimous approval of
ßoar-d.

2. 1975 at 8:00 P.M.
There will be public meeting on the Land-Use Plan on March 18. 1975
at 7:30 P.. M.
