The effluent pump was found to have problems and was replaced as part of the purchase of the property by the Jameson’s. The effluent pump chamber was replaced by IBS Septic and Drain and new risers with sealed lids were installed on both the new effluent pump chamber and the existing 1,000 gallon septic tank. The system is sized to accommodate the existing 2 bedroom, single family residence and has been functioning properly since the installation of the new effluent pump chamber. The proposed new residence will also be a 2 bedroom residence and will have all new water saving plumbing fixtures installed as part of the new home construction. It is our belief that the existing system as installed will be adequate to support the new residence in the same capacity that is serves the existing residence.
