Taylor, Trustee of the Jean C. Taylor Declaration of Trust dated
December 41 1991, f/b/o Jean C. Taylor, at al'., by deed dated
February 11, 1992 and recorded in the Warren County Clerk's office
on February 20, 1992 in Book 846 of Deeds at Page 9.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights
of the party of the first part iu and to said premises, f
TO HAVE AND TO MOLD the promises herein granted unto the
portion of the second part, their heirs, successors and assigns
forever.
AND said party of the first part covenants that it has not
done or suffered anything whereby the said promises have been
encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND being in the Town of Queensbury, Warren
County,: New York, more particularly bounded and described -as I
follows: BEGINNING at a point on the shore of Lake George at ..the
northeast corner of a concrete refining wall on lands now or Ea
formerly of Martin at the intersection of said lands of Martin with
the southerly boundary of lands now or formerly of George S. G
Ferris, Jr.; proceeding thence North 86 degrees 09 minutes 30 A�h f .
seconds West a distance of approximately 117 feet to an iron pipe
found on the easterly side of Cloverdale Road; proceeding thence m
North 9 degrees 43 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of
approximately 95 feet; proceeding thence the following four courses
and distances along the southerly boundary of lands retained by
George S. Ferris, Jr. : North 83 degrees 40 minutes 30 seconds East
20.31 feet; South 88 degrees 57 minutes East 20.29 feet; South 60
degrees 31 minutes' East 19.48 feet; South 80 degrees 05 minutes
East, 47.00 feet more or less to a point on the shores of Lake -:
George approximately 5 feet south of the southeasterly corner of '
a two story frame house now or formerly belonging to George S.
Ferris, Jr.; proceeding thence in a southerly direction along the
shore of Lake George 83 feet, more or less, to the point or place
of beginning. Containing approximately 10,000 square feet.
TOGETHER WITH all right, title and interest of the party of
the first part in and to the land between the lands hereby conveyed
and the waters of Lake George and between the lands hereby conveyed
and the Town Road known as Cloverdale Road.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING to George S. Ferris, Jr. , his heirs,
and assigns a right-of-way for ingress and egress by foot over a
walkway extending from Cloverdale Road and along the southerly side
of a concrete retaining wall on lands now or formerly of George S.
Ferris, Jr. to the remaining lands now or formerly of George S.
Ferris, Jr.
