Applicant proposes to install a 45 sq. ft. free standing monument sign for the Adirondack Trust bank
currently under construction. Pursuant to Chapter 140-7 of the Zoning Ordinance, new signs in the Main Street
Variance:
zoning district shall be subject to Planning Board review and approval. Relief is sought for
setbacks. Planning Board shall provide a recommendation to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
Status:
