SCHEDULE A
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town of Queensbury, County of
Warren and State of New York and being a portion of the Lot 55 of the second subdivision of the
Queensbury Patent, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set in the division line between said Lot 55, on the south. and Lot
56, on the north, at the point where said division line is intersected by the westerly houndary of the
former railroad land of the Lake George branch of the Delaware and I fudson Railroad and running
thence S 83' 32' E along said division line for a distance of 84.28 feet to an iron pipe set at the shore of
Glen Lake; thence southeasterly along the lake shore at low water mark a distance of about 50 feet to
the northeast comer of land heretofore contracted by the Lake George Land Corporation to Harold and
Alice Hayes; thence S 70' 37' W along the last mentioned lands a distance of 4 feet, more or less, to a
concrete marker; thence continuing the same course along said lands for a distance of 77.62 feet to a
concrete marker at the northwest corner of said Hayes land, now or formerly; thence N 16' 44' W
along the westerly boundary of the former railroad land for a distance of 90.73 feet to the place of
beginning.

County of Warren and State of New York, and being a portion of Lot 56 of the second subdivision of
the Queensbury Patent, bounded as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set in the division line between said Lot 56, on the north and Lot
55, on the south, and marking the northwest corner of a parcel of land conveyed to Frederick K.
Nicholson and Leona M. Nicholson by Lake George Land Corporation, and running thence N 10' 47'
W along the west boundary of the land formerly of Dorr T. Martin, being the westerly bounds of lands
formerly belonging to the Delaware and Hudson Railroad, for a distance of 20.53 feet; thence N 75'
38' E for a distance of 80 feet, more or less, to the shore of Glen Lake at low water mark; thence
southerly along the shore about 50 feet to an iron pipe marking the northeast corner of the
aforementioned parcel conveyed to Frederick K. Nicholson and I_,eona M. Nicholson h\ Lake (Icorgc
Land Corporation; thence N 83' 32' W along said parcel for a distance of 84.2'8 Icet to the (df
beginning. Also intending to convey hereby the interest of the party of the first part in any land under
water which lies between the side lines of the described lot produced and within 132 feet of- its
westerly boundary as conveyed originally to the Railroad by Lewis J. Morrison by deed recorded in
Book 40 of Deeds at Page 23.
ALSO, ALL OF THE GRANTOR's right, title and interest in and to the following described

ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OR STRIP OF LAND situate, lying and being in the
Town of Queensbury, County of Warren, State of New York. formerly owned and occupied h. the
Delaware and Hudson Railroad Corporation. Said strip of land being part of Parcel No. ?, all of- Parcel
No. 3, part of Parcel No. 4 and all of Parcel of No. 5.. lying northerly of lands now or furnierly of
Byron E. Kenyon and Geraldine M. Kenyon (reputed owners) and extending northerly from said
Kenyon's land to the centerline of Glen Lake Road (T.R. No. 0900) as shown on Sheet No. 1 1 of maps
entitled, "Right of Way and Track Map" - the Rensselaer and Saratoga Railroad Company, operated by
the Delaware and Hudson Company, Station 504 + 04.5 to Station 556 + 67.3, dated June 30, 1916 and
filed in the office of the Delaware and Hudson Railroad Corporation at Albany, and as more
particularly described in a deed dated July 19, 1985 and recorded in the Warren County Clerk's Office
on July 19, 1985 in Liber 672 of Deeds at page 959.
