•Currently within the 20’ shoreline buffer there are: (1) 3 trees with diameters at breast height as follows: 1 White Birch at 15” diameter, 1 Flowering Pear at 6” diameter, and 1 Flowering Crabapple at 3” diameter. (2) 11 shrubs including 2 Arbor Vitaes at 8 feet tall, 7 Mountain Junipers at 7 feet tall, and 2 Common Purple Lilac at 6 feet in height.
