Resolutions n/a Project Description Applicant proposes a 72 unit senior housing project within the Fairfield Professional Office subdivision on Bay Road. Previously approved for 27 units. Pursuant to Chapter179-9-040 of the Zoning Ordinance, discussion with the Planning Board may be requested by the applicant. Staff Comments The applicant has provided two concept drawings for a senior housing project. The project site was approved in 2016 for a 27 unit complex. The applicant is proposing to modify the project to allow 72 units for senior housing. The applicant is aware additional discussions will need to occur with the Town Board in regards to no residential uses shall be allowed less than 600 ft of Bay Road. The layouts are in two configurations one being an L-shape structure building balance location of the building to the property line and parking location to the front of the building. The other configuration of a u-shape building places the parking to the front facing Bay Road and includes some walking paths internal to the structure. Meeting History: 1st Meeting
