Gilbert Mellon. Secretary to Planning Board resigned as of December 7, 1977 and Donald J. Krebs has been named for a term expiring October 1984. J. Arthul Norton, Chairman is resigning as of January 5, 1978 due to business commitment£ Mr. Norton has served on the Planning Board since its inception in 1962. Regular Meeting 8:10 P. M. 1. R. Roberts nominated R. Montesi for Secretary to Planning Board. Motion seconded by Mann and carried. 2. H. M~ann nominated R. Roberts for Chairman to Planning Board. The Planning Board discussed this subdivision and reviewing it with the Department of Health to obtain their thoughts due to the nearness to Rush Pond. Motion by Mann to grant Conceptual Approval. Motion seconded by Montesi and carried. Public Hearing set for February 1. 1978. Need State Health Dept. Approval! Town Highway Supt. ApprovalÅ¡ Town Water Supt. Approval. Soil Conservation data. Subdivision Name and treet names and Covenants. K. Sorlin and W. Threw will review the site of this subdivision and report back to the Board.
