RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING PAUL DAVIDSON TO
BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury has previously established the Town of Queensbury
Board of Assessment Review in accordance with the New York State Real Property Tax Law, and
WHEREAS, the term of Board of Assessment Review Member Paul Davidson recently
expired and Mr. Davidson has expressed interest in being reappointed to the Board for a new five (5)
year term,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby reappoints Paul Davidson to serve as a

member of the Queensbury Board of Assessment Review with his term to expire September 30, 2015
in accordance with New York State Real Property Tax Law §523.
