less than the required lront and.ide setbacks in an R-4 Zone on 'the
property situated at Sullivan Road (Tax Map No. 38-3-3). David Shave
présent on this variance .'Motion by Mann seconded by Dybas to recOllll\end
approval of this variance. Motion qcarried unanimously.

setback and 4.81 ft. sídesetback in lieu of the required 30 ft. front
setback and 5 ft. side setback 011 the property situated at Bay Parkway,
Assembly Point. (Tax Map No. 9.....1...21.2) Mr. and Mrs. Bodnar present on
this variance. Motion by Monte&iseconded by Dybas to recommend approval
of this variance . Motion carried unanimously.
8. Variance No. 633, COnvenient Food Mart - to. place a free-standing øign
less than the requiredaetback on the property situated at the south side
of Quaker Road. (Tax Map. No. 59-5-2) Bob Platt from Signs of Progress
and Mr 0 Hoffman, Manager of Convenient Pood Mart were present on this
variance. Motion by Mann seconded by Montesi to recommend approval of
this sign variance. Motion carried. unanimously. The 8iqn would be a
safety hazard if placed in middle of parking lot. Also recommend that
this sign be conforming in 1986.
