Parisi for a variance i`1285 heard before the Zoning 'Board of Appeals on September 16 , 1987 As you know . we have had the north line of Cherry Tree Lane which is the south line of your property , and the west line of your property surveyed .and staked , We have had this done at consider- able expense to insure that when you build any extension . you comply with the decision of the Zoning Board of Appeals which per - mitted :you a set back of 20 feet from Cherry Tree Lane and 10 feet from your westerly line , we are writing now because the survey and staking has indicated that you have incorrectly positioned your existing house on the plot plan which you prepared and submitted in support of the above application . In fact , your proposed addition at that time would have brought ,your structure to approximately the line of Cherry Tree Lane , with no setback , Since , as you know , we will not be at the premises during the winter and early spring , and do not wish to affect our good neighbor rela - tionship , we do not want to be placed in a position to compel you to undo any construction that you may have undertaken during that time which violated the 20 foot and 10 foot setbacks decreed by the Board , I therefore urge you to see that your contractor is careful to preserve the stakes now in place to avoid any uninten- tional violation of the setback requirements .
