RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN TOWN OF
QUEENSBURY AND QUEENSBURY LITTLE LEAGUE, INC.

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury wishes to enter into an Agreement with the Queensbury
Little League, Inc., and
WHEREAS, a proposed Agreement for the year 2011 has been presented at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves of the Agreement between
the Town and the Queensbury Little League, Inc., for the year 2011 with funding for the Agreement
not exceeding the sum of $12,000 and authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to execute the
Agreement with funding to be paid for from the appropriate Town account.
