ANALYSIS: Applicant proposes construction of a 3580 square foot driveway to serve the
existing residence and guest cottages. Project includes the removal of the
existing driveway. Site Plan review as a Major Stormwater Project per Chapter
147-12C is require due to location with in the Lake George CEA and slopes in
excess of 15%.
STAFF COMMENTS:
The application was tabled by the Board at the 3/18/08 Board meeting for submittal of the following:
1) Reduction of the driveway width,
Driveway width has been r duaed to 16'hom the curve to Me garage.
2) Address VISION Engineering comments,

3) Provide a revised design to include or incorporate vegetation into the riprap area,

4) Incorporate an arch culvert.
