Mead - to place a tree nursery with pump and tool hOuse 1D R-3/M-~ zones on ,the property situated at east side Ridge Road. Motion by Montesi seconded by Dybas 1:0 r8COBl\eDð approval of this variance. Motion carried unanimously. The Board feels this is very reasonable use of the property. Trees should not alter or change the character of the property. This variance to Includ. 50 ft. buffer zone along rear property lines on Ridge Road. 'l'bere will be no retail store or outlet on this land. Hardship is that the land will not pass perk test and thus cannot be used as a r..ideDtial development.
