Motion by H. Mann seconded by K. Sorlin to present to
the Town Board our recommendation on our new Master Plan
and Ordinance plans. Motion carried unanimously.

Mr. Scudder recommended that an addendum be filed from 10 lots to 9,
which will combine lots l7 and 18. Motion by Krebø seconded by
Dybas to file an addendum from 10 lots to 9. Motion carried by
unanimous vote. Mr. Roberts given approval to siqn final plans for
the Board.

on j..b acres '7-80. Developer Michel Brandt present. Motion by
Montesi seconded by Krebs to grant Preliminary andCønceptual approval
f,or new map of 9 lots.. Motion carried unanimously., Will hold final
approval next month subject to SPEDES permit..

Manager North Country Imports present. Motion by Mann seconded by
Krebs to recommend disfi.pproval. Motion carried unanimously. This
request is in direct violation of our strong sign orðinance.
Variance '676, RicbardO. Mead - to place a tree nursery with pump
and tool hOuse 1D R-3/M-~ zones on ,the property situated at east side
Ridge Road. Motion by Montesi seconded by Dybas 1:0 r8COBl\eDð approval
of this variance. Motion carried unanimously. The Board feels this
is very reasonable use of the property. Trees should not alter or
change the character of the property. This variance to Includ. 50 ft.
buffer zone along rear property lines on Ridge Road. 'l'bere will be no
retail store or outlet on this land. Hardship is that the land will not
pass perk test and thus cannot be used as a r..ideDtial development.

lot size which cannot be changed. The pràctical difficulty is in
side lot line and set back.
