Re: Robert L. Perkins-Special Use Permit
Town of Queensbury Special Use Permit Number 3-2012
Dear Ms. Moore:
I am writing in order to request a permanent special use permit with regard to the
above-referenced project.
At the Town of Queensbury Planning Board meeting on June 25,2013,the Board
approved a renewable special use permit after one year in order to confirm compliance on
. the site. It is my understanding that any and all issues raised at the site prior to the June
25,2013 have been and continue to be complied with by the applicant.
The applicant has provided proof that he owns and operates a recycling center that
is a benefit to this community.
In an effort to minimize the continued costs to the applicant in light of the above.
the applicant feels that a permanent special use permit for him to continue to own and
operate a recycling center is appropriate.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact my office.
Very Truly Yours,
MCR/sjc Mark C.Rehm,Esq.
