MOTION TO APPROVE SITE PLAN NO. 51-95, RAY & WENDY KRAFT,
Introduced by Timothy Brewer who moved for its adoption,
seconded by George Stark:
With the following conditions : The parking plan is provided
on the plan, pedestrian circulation is provided on the plan,
and one planter on the west side, equal to or greater than the
planter on the east side, and it shall be noted on the plan
prior to issuance of a building permit.
Duly adopted this 17th day of October, 1995 by the following
vote:
