Upon review of the development considerations set forth in
Section 179-38 of the Zoning Ordinance it appears that many of the
considerations are not addressed on the site plan that was included
with the application.
- There is no indication of the adequacy and arrangement of
vehicular traffic access and circulation. The plan should
show ingress and egress points as well as parking layout and
pedestrian circulation.
- The plan does not indicate any type of landscaping on the
site. According to the plan, the existing building is right
on the front property line. The use of landscaping would
minimize the visual impact of the structure.
This is not a large addition and it appears that all
applicable requirements can be adequately accommodated. It is
simply a matter of providing the information on the plan.
