QUEENSBURY PLANNING BOARD

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town’s Planning Board in
accordance with applicable New York State law, and

WHEREAS, Thomas Ford’s term on the Planning Board expired on December 31, 2010 and
Mr. Ford has expressed his interest in reappointment, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to reappoint Mr. Ford,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby reappoints Thomas Ford to serve as a
member of the Queensbury Planning Board until such term expires on December 31, 2017.
