WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve an audit of bills presented as a

Warrant with a run date of January 20, 2011 and payment date of January 25, 2011,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Warrant with the run
thth
date of January 20, 2011 and payment date of January 25, 2011 totaling $1,430,149.99, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
