Stonecroft Subdivision No. 12-81, Phase I 7 lots West Mountain Road, Kenneth Mahoski, Developer. Kenneth Mahoski was present. Motion by Sorlin seconded by Dybas to grant Conceptual Approval. Motion carried unanimously. This Conceptual Approval is for Phase I for 7 lots. 3. Maurice Combs Subdivision #12-81, 4 lots off Bellews Circle (Clendon Ridge). John VanDusen present on this subdivision. Motion by Threw seconded by Sorlin to grant Conceptual and Preliminary Approval. Motion carried unanimously. Public Hearing set for January 7, 1982. 4. Slopey Enterprises, Inc. Subdivision #11-81, 47 lots north side Pitcher Road. Charles Nacy present on this subdivision. Motion by Dybas seconded by Mann to grant Preliminary Approval. Motion carried unanimously. Need State Health Department and Town Highway Supt. approval. Public Hearing set for January 7, 1982. 5. Variance No. 734, Amerada Hess Corporation - to add 10 sq. ft. to existing free-standing sign for gas prices on the property situated at 81 Main Street. William Wolfrom present representing applicant. Motion by Sorlin seconded by Threw to recommend approval of this sign variance. Motion carried unanimously. The reasons for this recommendation are as follows: 1. Previous variances approved for two other gas stations on this Road. 2. Price sign does serve the need of the public. 6. Variance No. 735, Thomas Jones - to operate a recreational vehicle park in C-3 Zone on the property situated at the east side of Route 9 (south of Sutton's). Attorney Michael O'Connor present on this variance. Motion by Sorlin seconded by Dybas to recommend disapproval of this variance. Motion carried unanimously. The Board does not feel it an appropriate use in a Highway Commercial Zone - C-3 Zone. Meeting adjoured at 9:45 P. M. Next regular meeting Thursday, January 7, 1982~ 8:00 P. M.
