WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve two (2) audits of bills

presented as Warrants with run dates of February 10 and February 24, 2011 and respective

payment dates of February 10 and March 1, 2011,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Warrants with the run
thththst
dates of February 10 and February 24, 2011 and payment dates of February 10 and March 1,
2011 totaling $114,733.48 and $1,038,761.30, respectively, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
