STAFF COMMENTS: The applicant is requesting a waiver from the buffer zone requirements between the North corner and the Niagara Mohawk ROW. Parcel history for this site, specifically SP 30-94 Mod (Garden Time) indicates that there may be DEC jurisdictional wetlands on-site. Has this been investigated?
