As requested, we have reviewed the documentation you forwarded regarding the above referenced
project. Included in the revised documents submitted to VISION were: Zoning Board of Appeals
Record of Resolution; Response Letter by Nace Engineering, dated July 31, 2009; Site Plan Drawings
49224-1 through 49224-3 by Nace Engineering, dated November 2008 and revised 7/31/09.
Based on our review, we offer you the following comments (previous comments with new comments
in bold text):
1. Re-grading and replacement of parking area will be necessary after holding tank installation and
for the handicap access ramp. Please provide details for installation, approximate fill height
required for ramp, and crushed stone and fill specifications. Completed.
2. Please clarify what area is designated for refuse storage and removal. Also please verify if an
enclosure exists for such. Completed.
3. Please clarify on the site plan the areas included in the permeability calculation and what the
corresponding finish or surface is (lawn, landscaping, etc). Completed.
4. The parking area requires a handicap parking space, signage, and adjacent access aisle.
Completed.
5. Please show all known existing and proposed utilities on the site plan including electric, water
supply, etc. Completed.
6. There appear to be discrepancies between site data (setbacks and permeability calculations)
provided in the attorney letter and the application and drawings submitted which should be
corrected. Completed.
7. Consideration should be given to a high-level alarm and automatic shut-off in Tank 1 (above
invert) in case of a line getting plugged to Tank 2 or 3. Also please clarify Alarm 1 levels in
Tanks 1 and 2 since below outlet shown. Completed.
8. Please provide pipe inverts for holding tanks. Clarification provided. Completed.
9. Please specify erosion and sediment control measures for project. Completed.
10. The total project limits and area of disturbance should be provided on the site plan.

11. The applicant has submitted a stormwater design in compliance with provisions for a minor
project classification. The Planning Board should verify such classification in accordance with
Section 147-11 E. Completed.
With inclusion of the above project documents and modifications or clarifications, the above
applicant has satisfactorily addressed all of our technical review comments.Please do not
