In response to comment #1, we have shown the existing slope of the parking lot on the site plan, we have shown the area of the handicap ramp being regraded to a lft V:20ft H slope and crushed stone and fill specifications have been added to the detail sheet. 2. In response to comment #2, we have shown a dumpster pad with a fence enclosure along the east side of the upper parking area. 3. In response to comment #3, we have added drawing 49224-2 which shows the lawn/landscaped areas, building area and crushed stone areas used in site calculations. 4. In response to comment #4, we have added a handicapped parking space and detail on drawing 49224-1. 5. In response to comment #5, we have added the existing utilities to the site plan on drawing 49224-1. 6. In response to comment #6, we have corrected the discrepencies in the setbacks and permeability calculations. (See attorney's letter to staff dated 7/20/09.) 7. In response to comment #7, we have reconfigured the tank alarms to included an alarm in tank #1 if the level is above the inlet and we have clarified additional alarms. 8. In response to comment #8, we have not determined pipe inverts for the holding tanks. The holding tank detail shows the tanks set a minimum of 18 inches below grade and will be set level. The sewage from the building will be pumped up from an interior pump to the first holding tank. 9. In response to comment #9, we have shown sediment control fence on the site plan and a sediment fence detail on drawing 49224-1. 10. In response to comment #10, we have shown the limits of disturbance on drawing 49224-2 and the project limits are the property lines. 11. No comment required. Zoning Board Comments 12. In response to comments made at the zoning board meeting we have added the following details: a. A 95 ft long, 2 ft wide by 2 ft deep stone storage trench has been added along the west property line where the existing slopes of the road and parking lot meet. This stone trench is shown on drawing 49224-1 and a detail was shown on 49224-3. b. A planted buffer was shown along the south property line. The buffer will consist of arborvitaes spaced 3 ft on center and two (2) — 3 inch caliper little leaf linden trees spaced 50 feet apart.
