PTot PToo Fax#74f "7 Fax# FAX NUMBER: 743-9653 FROM: Kevin Bruce DATE: 4/22/03 TOTAL PAGES INCLUDING COVER 10 SUBJECT: Attached is a copy of Nationwide.Permit (NWT) 25, General Conditions for NWP's, and the Regional Conditions for NWP 25. From your description of the proposed walkway over wetlands to connect the parking lots, it appears the project can be constructed under NWP 25, as long as it meets the terms and conditions of permit, as well as all applicable General Conditions and Regional Conditions. Although it appears the activity would not require a written Water Quality Certification from DEC, I would ask that you review No. 2, under "Nationwide Permit 25 — Structural Discharges", on the sheet labeled "Regional Conditions", to confirm that it does not fall under b,c, or d. If the project complies with the above, no written authorization is required to proceed with the work. Please call if you have questions.
